Fantastic

I recently realized that my extensive daydreaming was something others have dealt with and that this type of daydreaming actually has its own name! This is a fantastic book with almost every word and experience resonating with me personally. By using the "tactics" outlined my maladaptive daydreams were able to be (mostly) overcome in a few weeks (although it did take a bit of effort to get started). Highly recommended!

This is so needed and I'm so glad to have found it. It has really helped me understand my maladaptive daydreams and then get rid of them. I wish I found your lovely work much sooner!! Thank you for taking the time to make this for all of us.

THANK YOU

Like so many others this is exactly what I needed. Much of what Alex describes resonated purely with me and I am already implementing his "tips and tricks" to help get rid of my MDD. Thank you, sincerely.
